Due to scheduling commitments, equipment preparation, and labor coordination, cancellation policies may apply as outlined in project agreements.
In certain cases, AVLFX Group may provide a credit toward a future event if cancellation occurs with reasonable notice.
7. Rental Equipment
If AVLFX Group provides rental equipment, returns must occur on the agreed return date and in the same condition in which the equipment was provided.
Late returns, missing components, or damage to rental equipment may result in additional fees including repair, replacement, or additional rental charges.
Rental deposits, if required, may be applied toward damages, missing items, or unpaid balances.
